Do not put in washing machine. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. Do not bleach. Clean only in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. If your Toasty Hugs product has been overheated by mistake, you should dispose of it in normal household waste after allowing it to cool to room temperature. Store in a cool dry place.

Within 7 days of receiving an item and returned within 14 days.

Items are returned in original condition - Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

No refunds can be accepted on sale items unless faulty. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require a different size we recommend jumping online & purchasing the correct size as soon as possible & returning the wrong size for a refund. Our stock moves quickly & if you wait until we receive your returned item sizes may have sold out.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & if it is approved for refund.
