Care Instructions:

• The ice pack should now be frozen WITHOUT the ice pack cover. It's best to air the ice pack cover overnight to allow it to thoroughly dry before using it the next day. Wet or icy ice pack covers may cause increased condensation, and dampness on the outside of the bag.
• Lunch bags should be air dried standing upright overnight. (see image below)
• Lunch bags are machine washable, and may be pre-treated with soap / stain removers. Do not bleach, soak or iron. Bags need to be 100% dry before storing. Air drying in sunlight is best - as a natural stain remover and mould inhibitor.

Within 7 days of receiving an item and returned within 14 days.

Items are returned in original condition - Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

No refunds can be accepted on sale items unless faulty. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require a different size we recommend jumping online & purchasing the correct size as soon as possible & returning the wrong size for a refund. Our stock moves quickly & if you wait until we receive your returned item sizes may have sold out.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & if it is approved for refund.
