Shipping & Returns Policy
We aim to process all orders by next business day using Australia Post and we are at the liberty of their delivery schedule. We currently do not offer international postage. For items on pre-order please note, we are unable to ship your items until they have all arrived. We will communicate with you when we receive updates from our suppliers. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Due to our remote location we are required to use Australia post satchels for most orders at this stage. These can be recycled at any Recycle drop off location at Coles or Woolworths. For larger orders we endevour to re-use cardboard boxes which are filled with shredded paper if needed to ensure your items arrive safely.
We will provide tracking details on all purchases post fulfillment. If you have not received a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folders prior to sending us an inquiry.
If the delivery provider has made an error in delivery or has temporarily lost a parcel please respectfully note that we are required to follow the individual carrier's process for parcel recovery.
We ensure all items leave our hands in perfect condition, however if something arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email. After speaking with us, you will be advised to return the defective item within 14 business days. Upon receipt of this item, we will asses & arrange a refund if required.
We do not offer returns for change of mind or if a product does not meet your requirements. Reverse logistics (or returns) produce extensive amounts of landfill and carbon dioxide emissions, so please choose carefully.
