We employ the traditional way of producing incenses by hand which focus on bringing forth the plant intelligence.

The Incense will burn like an incense cone but contains no glues, no artificial binders, no essential oils and no artificial fragrances.

Cake burn-time is about 20-40 minutes per cake. Just break a piece off and burn in any fireproof dish.

Within 7 days of receiving an item and returned within 14 days.

Items are returned in original condition - Unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

No refunds can be accepted on sale items unless faulty. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

The return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you require a different size we recommend jumping online & purchasing the correct size as soon as possible & returning the wrong size for a refund. Our stock moves quickly & if you wait until we receive your returned item sizes may have sold out.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & if it is approved for refund.
